About our Wine

We have tasted and selected the wines on our Wine List for their excellence. Whenever possible, we look for estate bottled or varietal wines of good years from reputable vineyards or shippers. Even in years rated only "fair," we sometimes find astonishing quality.

We have placed more emphasis on American wines in response to both a greater demand for these wines and a belief that they represent a better value to our guests. We have retained a representation of the more popular imports. Additionally, we have a continually changing selection of wines by the glass.

We believe that the ideal wine food affinity is a personal experience and entirely subjective. There are no rules. All that matters is your enjoyment!
